Email Antispam and Antivirus
Districts have the ability to request global spam filtering changes. End users have the ablity to manage personal spam filtering settings as well.
- Go to the personal spam filtering interface (login credentials are the same as for email)
All email messages sent and received by Lane ESD’s email system are archived, indexed and encrypted to maintain compliance with public records regulations.
Archived email messages can be discovered and delivered to districts on request. Discovery requests need to be approved by a district administrator.
Server-based email lists can be created and managed centrally to facilitate sending messages to large numbers of addresses. Email lists can be requested by districts. Ability for ongoing list management can be given to district staff.
