Response to Intervention (RTI)
We provide technical assistance, support and training for districts and schools implementing the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework. RTI is a model for multi-tiered instruction that includes data collection and analysis via regular universal screening and, for identified students, frequent progress monitoring. With this information educators can provide high-quality instruction tailored to specific student needs and goals with timely adjustments made to enhance student outcomes. Collection of student response data assists teams in making decisions about instruction. The RTI process for identification of students with learning disabilities is present in the 2004 IDEA reauthorization documentation.
