Effective School Practices Network (ESPNetwork)

The Effective School Practices Network is a group of nine small-to-medium sized districts in Lane County that meets on a regular basis. There are two tracks for districts' participation: Superintendent/Policy Team and District Level Coaching. The Network is focused on implementing and sustaining evidence-based practices in behavior, literacy, math and writing. Participant districts receive ongoing support and technical assistance from ESD administration and specialists. Network activities include district policy/procedure development, professional development, and coaching. The Network has developed a cadre of district level coaches that participate in a bi-monthly "coaches forum."
