Indian Education Program (Title VII)

The Indian Education Program is designed to provide culturally appropriate educational support to Native Students. Tutoring, mentoring, family and community liaisons are several areas of support. We work hard with the schools and the community to increase awareness and knowledge of our unique Native cultures.

Native American Mascots

506 Form Information
All individuals need to complete a Title VII Student Eligibility Certification. These must be completed with as much information as possible and can be returned to the program at Lane ESD, either directly or through the students' schools. Download the form.

Parent Committee
The Committee is meeting the second Tuesday of every month at Lane ESD from 6:30 p.m. to when all orders of business have been completed. The public is welcome to attend. If you would like to be a parent/guardian or student representative please feel free to contact us for more information.

Community Pot Luck
Every Thursday around 6:30PM at the UO Longhouse. Everyone is invited to attend.

Presentations
We have conducted several presentations in the schools and have more planned. If you can dance, drum, sing, or share information on our culture and would like to attend the presentations contact us.

If your school, or one you know, would like to have a presentation (whether classroom or pow wow style), call or email.

Resources
We have a few books and videos available for research, reading, or information. Call or email if interested.
