Youth Transition Program
The Youth Transition Program is a collaboration between the Vocational Rehabilitation Division, Oregon Department of Education, University of Oregon, Lane County school districts, and Career Learning/CAM Development. The program serves students on Individual Education Plans (IEPs), providing assistance with academic, vocational, independent living and personal-social skills so students can experience success in the workforce.
