Superintendent's Office

Lane ESD is under the leadership of Debbie Egan, Superintendent. An assistant superintendent, three service area directors and an executive assistant provide support. These six individuals constitute the Superintendent’s Cabinet, which meets regularly to consider issues of agency-wide concern and to set the direction of the ESD. Cabinet members also meet monthly with the ESD Board of Directors and a team of program level managers.

The ESD is divided into four core service areas:
